It is with kindness, compassion, and honor that the team at Heritage Health cares for seniors throughout the state of Illinois. There are three physical therapists and pet therapy to engage residents. Our church community is welcomed each month to minister in song and in sermonettes. We thoroughly enjoy speaking with, praying with, and loving the patients at Heritage Home.

After returning home Victor worked as a mechanic until his retirement. His passion was working on cars or anything with an engine. Victor P. Antonuccio, 98 of Jamestown passed Tuesday Dec. 20, 2022 at Heritage Park Nursing Home. He was born Nov. 2, 1924 in Punxsutawney Pa., the son of the late Anthony and Mary Antonuccio.

Most all the rooms that I’ve seen are single patients in each room; they’re all very nice. They keep the family updated; they have conferences with you every 3 months to give you a progress report. My relative is in this facility and the nursing assistants show genuine love and care for the residents. Unfortunately, there has not been any attention paid to the upkeep or modernization of the facility. Of major importance, the living quarters are subpar in the dementia/Alzheimer’s care ward.

We want seniors to be physically healthy and to have quality lives while in our care. The Heritage Health team understands the stress that comes with being a caregiver. When your loved one is in our care, you go back to being family, and you have an entire team of kind and helpful individuals to support you. To be a big nursing home, they have so few patients, the morning staff are extremely friendly and helpful but while we were there shift changed happened and the afternoon shift wasn’t as friendly. The patients all seemed extremely happy and well cared for, the only downsides that we saw was #1 the inside of the building needs a major overhaul, It looks so outdated!

Some good nursing staff but often neglectful. Even staff doesn't have a lot to say about the quality. Victor proudly served our country in the United States Army. He served during WWII in the first infantry with the Big Red One. Victor received a Purple Heart and other medals for his service and bravery.

They sent home to a Behavioral Unit for like 20 days. Heritage agreed to take him back long enough to get their money and they sent him packing, allowing social security to be sent back and Medicare lapse to where nothing was covered. Now they're claiming he owes them $300 instead of accepting his social security check and forwarding to the new care unit like they should have. I do not recommend this place to put your loved one.

The facility is clean in appearance and in smell. It is run with the precision of a good hospital. The staff appears to be compassionate, caring and they appear to take pride in their work. Clients are engaged with activities, including therapy.

The salesman was very friendly, and the two workers who came were outstanding and very friendly.

Edward “Ed” Lincoln Brown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 15th, 2022, in Denville, New Jersey at the age of 90. Ed was a loving husband, father, and friend who will be missed.

He loved spending time with his family and friends. Everyone who met Brian fell in love with him. He was the person to call if you needed a hand or a voice of reason.

He enjoyed talking football, hockey and NASCAR. David moved to the greater Burlington, VT area where he ultimately retired. For the past 20+ years, he has enjoyed boating and kayaking on Lake Champlain, skiing the local mountains, biking the Burlington Bike Path, and having simple backyard fires with his favorite people and great conversation. He loved the outdoor, simple life that Vermont offers.

Kevin continued his education studying business at Manatee Community College in Bradenton, Florida after the family moved in 1988. Per her wishes, there will be no funeral service. There will be a celebration of life, date to be determined. She leaves her parents, Ronald and Mary Carpenter, her brother, Sean Carpenter, several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
